Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Shopchoshome, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.

If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for further support.

General Return and Exchange Rules

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • This policy does not apply to items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
  • For online orders, return shipping costs are not covered by Shopchoshome.

Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.

All returns must be sent to Shopchoshome in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Shopchoshome will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The determination of the product’s condition and policy application is at Shopchoshomesole discretion.

Please Note:

  • Requests not complying with the above terms will not be authorized.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Shopchoshome is not responsible for the loss of goods.

For approved returns or exchanges, Shopchoshome will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions and ensure that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request based on its condition and Shopchoshomepolicies.

If approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after several days:

  • Allow extra time for processing.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
