At Shopchoshome, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for further support.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

All returns must be sent to Shopchoshome in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Shopchoshome will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The determination of the product’s condition and policy application is at Shopchoshome‘sole discretion.

For approved returns or exchanges, Shopchoshome will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions and ensure that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request based on its condition and Shopchoshome‘policies.
