Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Shopchoshome, we are committed to your satisfaction. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days of payment confirmation. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
If you have received a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for further instructions.
General Terms for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as indicated on your receipt. After 30 days from the delivery date, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
For returns or exchanges resulting from a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unopened, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Products sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange.
For online orders, [email protected] will cover the cost of return shipping.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
All products must be returned to SHOPBLAZE LLC in their original condition. Any signs of wear, damage from improper use, missing parts, or accidents may incur additional charges.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, SHOPBLAZE LLC will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
For returns or exchanges for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. SHOPBLAZE LLC reserves the right to inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the policy criteria.

If your request does not meet the outlined criteria, Shopchoshome reserves the right to deny the return or exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and we will not be responsible for lost items.
For approved returns or exchanges, SHOPBLAZE LLC will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions and return the product in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email. After inspection, we will inform you whether your request has been approved or denied. Approval decisions are at SHOPBLAZE LLC‘s discretion, based on the condition of the returned item and our policies.
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
